Conference will be held October 22, 2011 at Jefferson City,
Missouri. The Conference will be held at the Chapter Home of Oliver
Buehrle Chapter 17 located at 5054
Monticello Road in Jefferson City, Missouri. Monticello Road is
approximately four miles South of Jefferson City off of U.S. Highway 54
on the West side. If you need any assistance, you may call the Chapter
Home at (573) 636-6515. Please call now and make reservations at hotels
in the area. Don’t wait till all the rooms are filled.
Fall Conference is for one day only. The State Finance Committee and the State Executive Committee
will both meet on Saturday, October 22st . All members are welcome and are encouraged to attend these
meetings. We need input for the following programs, Veterans Service Commission Fund, Mobil Service Van
usage, Service Officers Program, Veterans Day at Golden Corrals all over the state, Baseball Games for next
year, Internet site. As you can see we have a lot of things to talk about and important decisions to be made.
The following is a brief outline of the Fall Conference Agenda:The advance registration fee will be $5.00 per person, which will include lunch prepared by members of Chapter 17. Please send in registrations prior to October 14th so that plans can be made for food needed. Registration forms are enclosed.
